Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Enter crop and product data to generate reports for growers and applicators
  • Communicate with MVAS Sales staff in a fast paced environment
  • Coordinate and prioritize tasks to meet the needs of customers, salesforce and support staff
  • Promote a positive attitude in a challenging environment and quickly adapt to changing priorities
  • Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate staff member

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to both external and internal customers
  • Create customer orders
  • Create Product Use Recommendations ï¿¿ using Agrian & CDMS
  • Assist in dispatching drivers
  • Assist with weight tag/bulk material process
  • Assist with inventory process
  • Assist with other administrative processes as necessary
  • Utilize technology to direct and track delivery drivers
  • Create and update delivery maps for employees and 3rd party delivery drivers
  • Communicate road closures, construction, etc. and advise delivery drivers on routes

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Excel Database Management
  • Project Management
  • Interact with Sales and Support staff on data entry and report creation
  • Prepares for database expansion by studying plans and requirements
  • Maintains database performance by troubleshooting problems
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks

This is a full time, temporary position that has the potential to lead into a full time position. Position start date is October 2 and finished March 30. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., 40 hours per week.

  • Follow all HazMat and DOT rules for shipping

Special Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Drug and Alcohol Testing required
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly build rapport with staff and customers
  • The ability to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly
  • Possess and maintain a Class A license with Haz Mat and Tanker endorsements
