Position: Benefits Coordinator, Oakdale, CA.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform various critical and time sensitive duties related to all benefit lines (medical, dental, vision, LTD, 401K, etc.) including but not limited to: sending out employee benefit packets; tracking eligibility and following up with employees and clients to ensure timely receipt of enrollment forms; entering employee enrollments in benefits administration software; setup of benefits/deductions in payroll system; calculating recaptures for new hires; notifying employee of recaptures; maintaining benefit materials and order inventory; interacting with brokers regarding enrollments, changes, and terminations.
  • Support the open enrollment process by working with the broker and benefits administration software to help establish timelines and processes; assist with organizing employee enrollment meetings.
  • Perform various critical duties related to the 401 (k) process including tracking eligibility and notifying employees when they are eligible to enter the plan; forwarding enrollment forms to the third-party vendor; setup of benefits/deductions in benefits administration software; maintaining 401(k) materials and ordering inventory; interacting with TPAs regarding 401(k) loans, hardship withdrawals and termination withdrawals.
  • Conduct a regularly scheduled benefit audit to ensure employees and clients are signed up and billed for their assigned/chosen plans.
  • Additional duties to support and back up Human Resource Supervisor as needed

Minimum Qualifications and Other Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or Associate's degree plus two years full-time experience. Additional experience beyond the minimum requirement may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Ability to handle and maintain sensitive and confidential information.
  • Ability to demonstrative excellent communication and people skills.
  • Ability to be resourceful and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines associated with achieving the expectations of the position.
  • Ability to organize and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to analyze and identify issues and create solutions that will resolve problems.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet Explorer, and other software programs and systems.

Position: Outside Sales - BG Agri Sales, Oakdale, CA.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Offer a superior level of customer service
  • Knowledgeable about products and services
  • Create and complete special orders
  • Develop and maintain rapport with customers
  • Research, forecast and order product

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be eighteen years of age or older
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
  • Must possess and maintain a valid California Driver's License
  • Must have a clean driving record

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to demonstrate experience in agriculture parts and equipment
  • Computer Skills including, but not limited to Microsoft Office Software
  • Fluency in Spanish is desirable
  • 2+ years Retail Sales experience
  • 2+ years Customer Service experience

Physical Requirements:

  • Must continuously stand or walk
  • Regularly requires lifting/handling/carrying material or equipment of moderate weight (8-50 pounds)

Position: Purchasing Agent - BG Agri Sales, Oakdale, CA.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Process Purchase Orders
  • Aid in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
  • Offer a superior level of customer service
  • Knowledgeable about products and services
  • Create and complete special orders
  • Develop and maintain rapport with customers
  • Research, forecast and order product
  • Assist in organizational procedures
  • Assist in receiving and inventory processes
  • Other administrative duties as required

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be eighteen years of age or older
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
  • Must possess and maintain a valid California Driver's License
  • Must have a clean driving record

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to demonstrate experience in agriculture parts and equipment

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Knowledgeable about products and services
  • Create and complete special orders
  • Develop and maintain rapport with customers
  • Research, forecast and order product
  • Assist in organizational procedures
  • Assist in repair and rebuilding of agriculture equipment
  • Assist in receiving and inventory processes

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be eighteen years of age or older
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
  • Must possess and maintain a valid California Driver's License
  • Must have a clean driving record

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to demonstrate experience in agriculture parts and equipment
  • Computer Skills including, but not limited to Microsoft Office Software

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate a commitment to customer service, ensuring the right products are delivered at the right place.
  • Light vehicle maintenance
  • Safely deliver products accurately and timely
  • Follow all HazMat and DOT rules for shipping

Special Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Drug and Alcohol Testing required
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly build rapport with staff and customers
  • The ability to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly
  • Possess and maintain a Class A license with Haz Mat and Tanker endorsements
  • Clean DMV record

Salary is dependent on experience. Health insurance and 401k available.
